EGG-CITING COOKING WORKSHOP for teenagers

• Time: 9am to 12pm
• Duration: 3 hours
• Fee: RM380 per pax/workshop
• Venue : Open air & outdoor kitchen setting, Sec 17, PJ
• Max 5 pax in a workshop
• Learn ways of making and cooking eggs that’s easy & fun
• Hands on learning of cooking methods & recipes
• Individual stove, pans & equipment for participants
• Kitchen skills e.g. cut, chop & tidy up and kitchen safety
• Students are to abide by house & safety rules
• Recipes will be provided to take home and practice.
• Utensils and kitchen items are available for purchase
• Dishes that will be taught are :

1. Egg rolls
2. Grilled toast with egg in the middle
3. Peppers and eggs
4. Hard boiled egg finger food
5. Poached Eggs
6. Glutinous fried rice in eggshells
