Kickboxing is a martial art that combines both kicking and punching. The techniques are derived from Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. Kickboxing is a great exercise for your upper and lower body, giving you a complete full body workout. Punch focus bags, kick kick-bags and release all that pent up stress!

Is kickboxing suitable for kids?
Yes! Under strict supervision, kickboxing is a great fitness class for children. Through kickboxing, children will learn discipline through drills and expend energy by punching focus pads and kicking kickpads. They can have a lot of fun learning a new skill through interactive games.
About the Instructor
Sensei Tony is a 2nd degree black belt holder in kickboxing with over 20 years’ experience. As a former professional fighter in the UK, he won the Welsh championship title and was the number one contender for the British Championship title. He has over 7 years experience as an instructor in the UK. T
ony’s classes are multilevel and beginner friendly. His students get ‘knocked out’ by stress busting endorphins, his cheerful and caring disposition and skilled methodological approach to kickboxing.
