Yoga postures in this class are tailored specifically for kids and is completely safe and fun! Yoga exercises are applied through children’s games. This helps with psychological development as well as memory and concentration. Ultimately, kids yoga helps stimulate imagination and creativity. Restless and hyper kids as well, have much to benefit from this both fun yet calming yoga class!
About the Instructor
Jane has over 7 years experience in yoga and has trained with many teachers in India as well as Master Manisekaran, the founder of Malaysian Yoga Society. Jane, also a registered Chartered Accountant, is a certified by the International Yoga Instructor couse (Advance) as well as the Super Yoga Kids Program. Jane is passionate and dedicated in teaching Hatha Yoga (for all ages) as well as Kids Yoga.
