This LifeTime Independent Living Program will help students gain knowledge & skills in:

• Cooking –  Learn to cook easy and healthy meals, shopping guide, kitchen utensils & appliances, menu planning, healthy eating and tips for busy times!
• Money Management – money intro, value, budgeting, spending, savings, credit, extra earnings
• DIY Training— DIY Installation and repair, sewing, household equipment operation
• Home Management—time management, helpful habits, cleaning tips!
• Balance Lifestyle — fun home exercises, hobbies and activities.
• Personal Safety & Safety Hazards—home & socializing
